Moving to an area I was unfamiliar with would normally be very stressful but Dave was so knowledgeable and patient, he really made the process an enjoyable experience. "Dave helped me look for my first home and I couldn't have had a better experience working with him. Dave is true expert in the area, knows all of the market trends and understood exactly what I was looking for. As a first time home buyer, I needed more guidance than usual, and Dave was very helpful and responsive at all times of the day. Dave also has very strong knowledge of construction and interior finishes, which was important to me, and was able to provide both pros and cons for different property types. Being more techy, interacting with sms messages, using the online document signing, house visits worked out very well for me. I had very little to do in the selling process which was ideal for me.
